The "017" save game here is the one you want.

I started off from the "004" save game, and slowly made my way across by moving
back and forth on the boat.
As it turns out, the meat eating fishies stop about 3/4 of the way across, so
from there I just swam to the other side.

Unfortunately, there isn't much to see over there.  I was hoping for something 
written on the wall like "how the hell did you get over here?" or at least a
bloody dopefish, but I was sorely disappointed.  Maybe you will be able to find
something I didn't.
